The community consists of 3 buildings with 4 units in each building.  The community was incorporated in 2001 and developed in the early 2000’s. 

Willow Street Properties Homeowner Association is registered in the State of Florida as a non-profit corporation Homeowners Association (HOA).  The HOA is charged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the Rules and Regulations found within the corporate bylaws, Statement of Commitment, Declarations and Covenants which are generally referred to as “Deed Restrictions”.
